Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kiddygoods.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be aware, we DO NOT offer prepaid return labels! Once you purchase your return label and ship the package to us, it is your responsibility to email us the tracking information for your return.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits due will be processed and issued within 3-5 Business Days. You will be updated throughout the entire process. Please be patient as it takes time to sort orders from our warehouse. We also have a Customer Support Team to answer all questions along the way.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by issuing a refund back to your payment method after inspecting the state of the item. You can do this by contacting us at support@kiddygoods.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made by contacting us at support@kiddygoods.com.
You have 7 days from delivery date to exchange items in new condition with tags attached. Once the carrier has your return, the exchange will begin processing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, as well as timelines for a refund back to your original payment method, all via email. Please remember it can take up to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, although sometimes sooner.

Sale items, gift cards, final sale and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are considered non-returnable.

- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 7-15 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will not need to be sent back for a full refund. Please report as soon as possible.
- There is a restocking fee of 20% deducted from your refund, unless there is a damaged item, an exchange, or store credit requested.

Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). KiddyGoods does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
