Second time having a preemie and man did I suffer wt the first one!!! and this totally was a game changer bc he fit to perfection and I felt comfortable taking him home. He was 5lbs when he was released from the hospital. The material is nice and fluffy in the right needed areas and the head part it’s just another plus bc it was good snug around his small little head. I recommend this for those who have a small baby it will give the baby that security it needs and even when he grows you can take the white part and still fit.

If you know you will have a preemie or have one, get this car seat insert! It’s perfect and gave us so much peace of mind while driving!! I cannot recommend this enough. Our baby is 9lbs and still uses it just without the smaller insert. I’m sure he will be outgrowing it in the next two months but we will have gotten our moneys worth out of it.
I had issues with my newborns head falling over. Having to ask my 5 year old, "is she okay? Is she breathing?" All the time. Usually when I also put my newborn into her carseat she would cry. I received this insert today, and put my little into it and she fell asleep instantly. (I did just change and feed her before we were leaving) but apparently she found it comfortable :) I bought a backseat mirror to see her and the whole drive her head was upright and in place. It's super soft and now me and my little can not worry about her asphyxiating.Best money you could spend. No more rolled up blankets and crossing your fingers!
I can't say enough good things about this pillow. We are first-time parents and were horrified to see our 5-day-old son knocked out in his car seat with his head hanging off to the side like a chicken with a broken neck. Luckily, he was fine, but it gave us a serious scare. My wife miscarried last year when we got COVID, and that pain hasn't left in the slightest. It has made us paranoid that something might happen to our son next, but this pillow gives us so much peace of mind. Works perfectly as intended by keeping his head cradled and upright. I'm also assuming it's comfortable because he knocks out within seconds of being secured in his car seat, making trips peaceful and headache-free. This is absolutely a must-have item! Super easy to install, very soft cushioning, and does exactly what it's supposed to =)
