So I purchased this for the arrival of my unborn son and the delivery was quick. The lounger is amazing quality however the pillow that came with it was not the right print/pattern to match the cover. I emailed the company explaining to them my dilemma and within 30 minutes someone emailed me back, apologizing and requesting my order number so that they could give me a full refund, send me another lounger AND they said that there was no need to send the lounger that I already have back. That’s amazing customer service. Will be buying from them again and recommending to friends.

Great quality!
Got it for my newborn that hates his bassinet and I was surprised at the size and quality. It’s huge so I know he’ll get good use out of it for a while. It’s super cute, we use the star side up. It made us more comfortable with co-sleeping as he’s refused to sleep in his bassinet since birth. It was a piece of cake to put together and it even came with a cute little pillow.

Very soft. Easy to clean. Went from newborn to 6 months. Would definitely purchase again. Obviously never leave a baby unattended. Great for us working moms who need safety and SLEEP. Baby girl has had room to grow, turn and now move about. I would say WAY BETTER purchase than name brand. Grandma has name brand and it doesn’t come close to this! Highly recommend.

Comfy for babies and cats
My baby refuses to sleep in any of his bassinets, but he will sleep longer in his lounger. We don’t leave him unattended in the lounger but it’s helpful when we just need to put him down. Cats think it is really comfortable too and it was actually a cat bed. Or that they’re the baby.The middle pad kind of doesn’t fit, and it isn’t waterproof. So if LO spits up it’s gonna stain right through.

Literally the first item I used when I brought my baby home. I did think I’d use it as much as I did but … my newborn doesn’t sleep in her bassinet yet. So I leave this in the bed with me and when she falls asleep I place her right in there. A must have for sure
