I was originally looking for some simple balls for my 6-month-old to play with, and I was hoping to find something wooden rather than plastic. When I came across this toy, I was excited to see that it had many possibilities. My daughter enjoys rolling the balls across the carpet, picking them up out of the stand, chewing on the hammer, and using the hammer to hit the pull-out xylophone. She isn't quite ready to hit the balls through, but I'm sure that will be exciting someday! Oh, she also likes picking the whole xylophone up and banging it on the ground. So for much less than it would have cost to buy each thing separately, I have a set of three wooden balls, a wooden teether, a xylophone, a hammer, and a ball pounding toy for the future. I'm very pleased with this find!
My granddaughter loves this toy. When she first got it, she loved just playing with the balls, now she is older she enjoys all the elements; from pounding the balls with the hammer, to playing music. This toy has grown with her and will always be a staple for me when I buy gifts for children.
My son loves this toy. He's only 9 1/2 months, so he doesn't understand what the mallet is for, but enjoys pushing the balls through with his hands. He also likes holding the xylophone. This is a very well-made product and he should get many months of enjoyment from it. There are some small parts that hold the xylophone together, so it should be checked regularly to make sure they are tight. Great buy. I put a can of Gerber snacks next to it for a size reference.
The baby was a little too young when we got this, but now at 1 year old, she loves it! I like the removable xylophone. It's two toys in one! I highly recommend this toy! It's very sturdy, safe, and well-made. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!
It's great. My 10 month old loves it. That definitely a toy that will last. Someone said in a review that it's not tune, and I thing it might just be a defect because ours are perfectly tune. I recommend it.
